Vouchers are generated instantly, and can be redeemed at participating stores such as your local supermarket.
Many depots, over-the-counter sites, and pop-up refund points can offer your refund in cash after they count your eligible drink containers on the spot.
Each zone operator has an app on both Android and iOS. Use the relevant app to receive electronic payments, donate your refund, and find refund points.
There are several ways to donate your 10-cent refund or your drink containers to charities and community groups.
What if i can't get to a refund point?
- You can still take part even if you don’t return containers yourself. Give eligible containers to a neighbour, friend, family member, school, club or community group to return.
