Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic) is designed to complement 20 years of successful kerbside recycling by capturing all those drink containers we most commonly consume when we’re away from home. These are the type of containers that often end up discarded in the street and can make their way into our parks and waterways.
